This new-build development situated in Wimbledon comprises eight high-specification two-bedroom apartments arranged across three storeys. Foxalls Property delivered the scheme for a private developer as a full turnkey solution, including full demolition of the existing structure and construction of a new prefabricated timber-frame building. The project was completed in February 2026 and delivered to market in under 13 months.

Constructed on an extremely constrained urban site with very limited access, the development required careful sequencing, logistics planning, and close coordination throughout the build.
