Following a defective loft extension carried out by a previous contractor, Foxalls was appointed to take over and deliver the project to the required standard. The loft structure, which had significantly gone over programme, was found to contain multiple defects and compliance issues. We immediately undertook a detailed review of the works, rectified all deficiencies, and completed the remaining programme, including the construction of a rear extension and significant internal renovations. The project was successfully completed in less than half the time taken to deliver the original loft works, with Building Control approval secured soon after completion.
